I use Forte Agent ( www.forteinc.com ) because it has *excellent* threading,
navigation, filtering, and keyboard shortcut support.  It was originally
designed as a newsreader (and still has a freeware NNTP version) but carries
over the design concepts of a good NNTP client to email support.

The major drawback in the current version is the inability to name multiple NNTP
or mail servers in a single configuration.  A workaround exists, but the next
version will make it nicer.

One thing I really like is the keyboard support.  Much more efficient than the
mouse.
