Yes, they did a very poor job of implementing ILE in CL. There was a long thread about what's wrong with CL going on here in this mailing list until recently. In that thread several people said that they don't use CL anymore because it's too limited. IMHO, this supports that argument quite well. On Tue, 30 Apr 2002, Joel R.
