What's the secret to displaying window subfiles side by side?  I can get
both to display when I EXFMT Sub1 and WRITE Sub2.  When I try to EXFMT Sub2
and WRITE Sub1, Sub1 does not display.  Right now I'm using the OVERLAY
keyword for the subfiles and a dummy record with ASSUME.  The windows do not
overlap, there are six spaces between them.  Is there a dds keyword that I'm
missing?
