While I agree in principle, unfortunately, IBM's policy (guilty until proven innocent - i.e. it's billable unless you can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that it's IBM's fault) on API tech support (and sometimes the complexity of coding them in the first place) often makes this option less than desirable. -mark
