Off the top of my head, I don't know whether these codes are available in
an SCS stream, or whether you'd have to do something special. (such as
underlining by overprinting with the underscore character, or highlighting
by overprinting with the same character again)

But, at any rate, you can find info about SCS here:
    http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/prsys/pdfs/54453124.pdf

You'll want the section entitled "AS/400 Non-IPDS", which describes the
codes that make up SCS.

Another way to accomplish this might be to send the actual codes that your
printer needs to do underlining/bold/etc. Tho, personally I don't
recommend that approach because it can become a pain to maintain when
you want to print it on another printer, or the print stream that you're
using gets upgraded to a new version for a new printer. It's much
better to do this with DDS-defined print files and Host Print Transform.
Granted, you'd have to indicator-condition keywords like HIGHLIGHT and
UNDERLINE but that's a lot better than having to have a separate routine
for every printer known to man.
