Hello all,

I am trying to soft code printer file attributes in an externally described
printer file. I have the hex values for display files but they don't work
in printer files. Does anyone have the hex values for attributes in printer
files? Specifically HIGHLIGHT and UNDERLINE. These are simple SCS printer
files.
