Request for CL, DDS, SQL RPG enhancements

Priiinnnngggggg !!! the happiness fairy has granted your wish (actually she
did it some time ago <grin>).  The tool is called Code/400 and at V5R1 it is
"free" (also free at V4R5 if you are on software subscription).
