RE: Request for CL, DDS, SQL RPG enhancements

Yes, Yes, Yes, and Yes.

Another thing I've always thought should be simple to implement is the
ability to /COPY into CL and DDS source.  That would go a long way toward
being able to standardize source-code segments.
