Err, apparently you misunderstood my use of "Touché", with an accent over the last e. In Fencing, a sport using foils which usually have little balls on the end so the combatants won't stab each other, a point is declared by calling "Touché" in French, meaning Touch in English. So I was just saying that Bolt had a point.
