If memory serves correctly, you must specify SEQONLY(*NO) on the OPNQRYF command. You must also compile your RPG program against a file with the same key sequence as your OPNQRYF, I think. That may not be important unless you're using CHAIN, READE, and like codes. Hope that helps. Donald R.
