SETLL in OPNQRYF -- RPG400-L

Is it possible to do a SETLL in a OPNQRYF?  I do a *loval and it puts it at the 
end of the file?

Any ideas?   I have a file that I need to process and then if a condition 
exists I need to start back at the begining of the file.
