RE: Timing loop

This appears to be a rather processor intensive technique.  I would think,
though I don't have the time to verify it, that a delay of more than minimum
duration would cause most of the CPU resources to be allocated to the job,
or jobs, using this technique, resulting in nothing else getting done until
the delay time has expired.

DLYJOB or an API would not have this issue.
