You can't create a join with fields from both files.  You can, however,
create the join using the rules you listed, and then run an opnqryf over
it, specifying keys from either file.

This works if you are reading the file sequentially (top to bottom) but it
becomes problematic if you want to access the file randomly (chain,
setll/reade by key list).

On the other hand, if you have the SQL product, you can join the files via
sql and "order" it anyway you want.
