Rob, I think I'm going to spend the next six months carefully evaluating my development standards. What I've learned over the past two years regarding SQL, stored procedures, RPG IV, ILE, activation groups, condition handlers, Java, servlets, HTML and JavaScript is enough to mandate a considered rethinking. Given the fact that folks like you have a lot more knowledge in this area than me and I still have a lot to learn, I'm in no rush to adopt new standards just yet. On the other hand, I may just hit you (and the rest of the list, for that matter) up for some ideas on how your own standards have changed with the new programming techniques we've been given.
