Hawkeye works great for this, but if you do not know how to use it,
you may not even know IF it has been refreshed recently either -
find out that, and if it has, its really easy to use.
Otherwise that is what I have used, no code here to accomplish that task.

option 54(object x-ref) then take option 2(object where used) then take
option 2(*file) and place it in there.

Now this does assume someone there knew how to set this up, and they
set it up to run a refresh at a minimum of once a week -

It is a very valuable tool, see if you can get to a class - if your
company never sent anyone, you might still have a free one coming,
contact your sales rep, CO is beautiful..

Subject: FINDING A FILE

I have a little project to do that maybe someone has already accomplished.
I need to search for a database file in every DDSSRC, RPGLESSRC, CLPSRC,
and RPGSRC from every source library on the system. Does anyone have
(RPG) code that would accomplish this task that they would be willing to
share. I will
be happy to give you an ataboy? We have Hawkeye but I don't know how
to use it.

TIA
