Doug,

I guess my attitude towards "cycle programming" comes from my S/38 background.
As outlined by Charlie Massoglia, using the "cycle" were not recommended.
As a fresh S/38 programmer back in early 1982 I discarded the cycle as being
outdated; and have hated the sight of it ever since. :)

Since my co-workers come to me, when there's a cycle program they don't 
understand,
you can easily imagine why I don't use the cycle in my programs.
