I went to the InfoCentre, put in "rpg quote" and came up with a link that
said "Literals."  I took that link and found this reference:

Bottom line: An apostrophe required as part of a literal is represented by
two apostrophes. For example, the literal O'CLOCK is coded as 'O''CLOCK'.
