RE: Help screen from WebPage

Assume you have a file called test.txt in the root of the C: drive and that
notepad is the application associated with the .txt extension.

file://c:/test.txt

Should start a notepad session that edits test.txt.  If the file doesn't
exist, you'll get a run.dll error alert box that is a bit on the cryptic
side.
