Amir, FTP servers do not always allow all access to every directory on the hard drive. Most FTP servers are set up to only server a specific direction, and you can only send/put files from that directory and below. I believe your problem is coming from the fact that the FTP is not going to allow you access to the C:\ANA directory. On my Win NT FTP Server it sets the FTP Root Directory as D:\PUBLIC\FTP. I could create a folder under FTP called ANA and send to that directory, but never beable to go to the C drive, or back beyond D:\PUBLIC\FTP. Do you really want someone writing to C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT ?
