I believe there is no difference if a record is NOT found
between a Chain and a SetLL, but if a record is found the
Chain pulls in the data while the SetLL only sets the file
pointer.

As far as which is faster between a Chain vs. SetLL/ReadE
when a record is found. I believe they are the same  or any
difference is too minimal to be concerned about.
