× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Sorry this just isn't true.  There is no such limitation - you can create
and destroy an AG as many times as you want.  You _shoulnd't_ do it more
than you need to because it is a relatively expensive process, but there is
no limitation on doing so.
