RE: WINDOW SUBFILE

I usually put the footer into the window border with the WDWTITLE keyword.
By footer, I mean the text line that describes the Fkeys that are active for
the window.

I have never been able to get a FOOTER to work correctly in a subfile 
window.  I ended up putting the FOOTER info in the CONTROL portion of the 
display.
