WYATTERP (was Re: Overlay with)

I tried doing this before, and tried again today:

On AS/400: TELNET RMTSYS(*INTNETADR) INTNETADR('63.167.147.10')
Get TCP3409: Not able to establish connection with remote host system.
Not sure if this is a security issue or setup issue.

From my Netscape 4.7 browser:  Error 403: Forbidden - by rule
I'm guessing some in-house filter is prohibiting this.

So, I went to http://www.anonymizer.com and tried a http://63.167.147.10
there, but got the same Error 403 as above.  So maybe 403 comes from WYATTERP,
and not from my side?

What am I doing wrong?

Jim,

Telnet over to 63.167.147.10 and signon as WYATTERP.

Run the GLNOWRK (Work with G/L accounts) and see if this behavior is what you
 are looking
for.

If it is, choose the WYATTERP demo from the menu which will give you a command
 line.
From there WRKMBRPDM  WYATTERPP/QPGMSRC and look for members GLNODSPF and
 GLNOWRK.
