Yes, but you're not going to going to be able to
create interactive uim panels after reading this book.
 

There is only one chapter on list panels, and you'll
only be able to create your own version of something
like wrksplf.

About 2 years ago, midrange computing had an article
on uim and it was so basic I complained.  They sent me
a writers packet!  Told me what I could do with my
criticism!
