Do you need an AS/400 to create RPG web applications or can I create the code
using a PC and use something like BIZLAND.COM to upload the application to
and test it?

There are several software packages that allow you to do most or all your web

app from a pc developer, like Lansa www.lansa.com or

Web Smart www.bcdsoftware.com and more. These packages will generate

the RPG code necessary when finally connected to the 400, but you do not

have to be connected to develop.
