Easy peasy: CRTCLMOD.  Only one procedure per module, same name as the
module itself, automatically exported.

So, if you create a CLLE module called RCVNETF, it will have the same effect
(for binding purposes) as coding

 P RCVNETF         b                   export

in RPG.  Then you can prototype it like any other procedure call, and forget
that it was ever written in CL.
