Just prototype RtvNetF with two *NOPASS arguments.  At the start of the
procedure, check the %parms BIF.  If it is 2, get the list of files and
return the first.  If it is 0, return the next file from the current list.
If it is 1, or if the first call has no parameters, you are into exception
handling territory...
