SFLCSRRRN is used to RETURN the cursor position, not SET it.   You probably 
want to use the SFLRCDNBR keyword with the CURSOR option.

You DDS would look something like this:

     A            NEWPOS         4S 0H      SFLRCDNBR(CURSOR)

Then set NEWPOS to the RRN that you want to move the cursor to.  

Beware -- if NEWPOS is set to less than 1, or greater than your subfile
size, your program may crash.
