Aldon archives the promotion stuff when it get to the PDN environment, but this is a case of concurrent development and source members still in the developers libraries and there's no archiving option available for the developers libraries. -----Original Message----- From: Brown, Diane R. Do you have Aldon's archiving turned on? Ours is set to keep copies of the last three promotions. (I can't give you specifics on how to access, but I can ask our people here that set Aldon up) -----Original Message----- From: Westdorp, Tom [mailto:tom.westdorp@stationcasinos.com] Sent: Wednesday, January 10, 2001 12:54 PM To: rpg400-l@midrange.com Subject: Recover source from OPM RPG program object with OPTION(*SRCDBG) s pecified? Through an error using our Aldon CMS system one of our programmers deleted the wrong source member while resolving a conflict. The operations folks now tell us the developer's library was last saved on 10/19/00 due to the job scheduler entry being put on hold then and never subsequently released. Operations has dutifully been mounting tapes, initializing them, removing them the next morning and then storing the *BLANK tape with an offsite storage vendor. (The execution of the operations folks is now scheduled too, pending Dubya's pulling the switch on 'old sparky.') Question: Does anyone know of a way to recover the source or decompile the program object given that it's an OPM RPG object with OPTION(*SRCDBG) specified?
