Joep - most of your remarks are correct but the above statement is not true
- an OVR issued in the default will work for _all_ programs regardless of
their activation group as long as they are later in the invocation.  That
is what the default value for the OVRSCOPE (*ACTGRPDFN) means.  i.e. Behave
like you did for OPM _if_ the OVR is issued in the default AG, behave like
standard ILE behavior if issued from an ILE AG.  It is the AG in which the
OVR is issued that governs its default behavior - not the type of the
program issuing the request.
