It is a freeware utility to work with data base files.  It can be downloaded in
either RISC or CISC format from www.wrkdbf.com and note also there is a service
pack which adds more features.  (The download is v10.10.03, and the service pack
upgrades it to v10.11.04)

The author, Bill Reger, says it "is a powerful yet easy to use AS/400 File
Editor designed to allow you to easily display and maintain records in AS/400
database files."  Analogous to the file editing in DBU, except it is free.
