Can't speak for the QUSRTOOL you mentioned, but I've got my own home-grown
utility that's packed away in my archives somewhere.  If you can't find the
QUSRTOOL or other code to do what you want, let me know and I'll dig it out.

Someone else already mentioned the potential for legal peril for the improper
use of this tool.  You have been warned.

        I am looking for a utility that is the same as a command EDTSPLF
that was in QUSRTOOLS many years ago.
        I want to edit a spool file in SEU      then be able to print it
