Patrick,

This was a problem that IBM supposedly corrected.  Have you downloaded the
file lately?

I think it was Jon Paris who put something in the works; he got the original
developer in Europe to correct it and he sent me the corrected code.  The
problem appeared to be using a CCSID that didn't translate well.  If I
remember correctly, the non-displayable hex codes appeared only in comment
statements, so you should be able to use DBU or somesuch to edit and blank out
the offending characters.

I'm starting to look at programming sockets and I'm using examples from the
'Who Knew You Could Do That With RPGIV?'

When I try to browse the socket copy source in SEU, I get this error while
paging down:

 Member SCKCPY has data which cannot be displayed.

Is this corrupted from the download or is there something in there I'm not
configured to view? Anyone else have this?
