Since the AG is "hard-wired" into the (service) program and can't be
changed you've only really got one option that I can think of.  Create a
stub program that is compiled to run in a specific AG and which does
nothing but call a known service program procedure.  The srv pgm itself is
*caller.  That actives the srv pgm in the known AG and you can then extract
the proc pointers etc.
