PGP Encryption

Does the AS/400 support PGP encryption?  We are looking at sending EDI
documents for a gas distributor and the Public Utilities Commission requires
PGP encryption for sending these documents over the internet.  We are
looking at the Extol product as our EDI product, and sending the documents
over the internet.  Does anyone have any ideas?
