The top logical uses the same record format name as the second logical.  Use
the extended format line and the rename option.  The original record format
name here is RALSSFL and the name it is renamed to is RALSSFL2.

FALSSFL01UF  E           K        DISK
FALSSFL02UF  E           K        DISK
F            RALSSFL                           KRENAMERALSSFL2
