From the ILE-RPG reference:

The explicit CLOSE operation closes one or more files or devices and
disconnects them from the program. The file cannot be used again in the
program unless you specify an explicit OPEN for that file. A CLOSE operation
to an already closed file does not produce an error.

I've written an SQLRPGLE program which, from time to time, is leaving the
files open that the SQL statements process - even after *INLR is on and
the program ends.  How can I force all files opened by the program to
close at *INLR?
