If you don't have Null capable fields you have none of these problems.
SQL in RPG is Great.  Make no mistake.
However like every tool,  Nothing is;

Well Robert I don't appreciate this thread at all.

I'm looking at these messages and all I'm hearing are alarm bells.  I'm
sensing from this thread that SQL on an AS/400 can give you bad data if
you are not fully versed in the rituals of the Knights Of %Null.

This is scary.  Really scary.  There's a lot of SQLRPGLE programs out
there with no mention of null indicators.

Hopefully I am just stupid yet again.
