When I had something similar happen, I read somewhere that
you can delete the file via FTP.  IE, FTP to your system from
another, cd to the appropriate directory and delete the file.

I wrote a file to the IFS wrong!  And now I can't delete it with the WRKLNK
or the DEL command.... I was wondering if any one had a rpg program that
does a delete of an IFS file... or could recommed another way to kill the
file.

my problem child:  I'll throw some extra spaces in to help clarify the
problem... ' / \ timtest \file.csv '

as it really appears on the system...
Object . . . . . . . . . . . . . > '/\timtest\qs1testfile.csv'
