Go there for a discussion of the answer, but essentially you will wish to 
Subdur the fields with an answer in minutes, then divide by 60 for hours 
and the remainder will be your minutes.

btw, in a point related to another discussion thread, with Code/400 you 
could put your cursor on the opcode "Subdur" and press help.  The complete 
reference manual section on "Subdur" would be on your desktop instantly.
