An object lock just means that another program/job is using that object. What you probably want to do is wrkobjlck to find out whats using it, and ask those people to exit that program. an "automatic" method would require you to have a way to tell each of those programs/jobs that you need the object, and having them release their locks. To "force" those locks to me removed would be dangerous, since the programs would end abnormally, and could potentially be in the middle of updating something.
