I am probably that person (of one of the people) who are still at V3R7M0 that you heard about. Now, please explain to my why my company should pay $40,000+ to upgrade our OS when things are working fine and dandy as they are? Yes, it would be nice to be on the newest release of the operating system, but $40,000+ worth? And with IBM's new policy of pre-paying, there is even more of a reason *NOT* to upgrade. Sooner or later, we will probably upgrade for some reason, we need to run some program from some vendor who doesn't downward compile with all it's many implications. That move will cost us a tremendous amount of money. So, what is the justification in spending $40,000+ (as the initial payment, not counting IBM prepayments and forced OS maintainance fees) to say we are on V4Rx instead of V3R7?
