You can CHAIN to reset the file.

   C    1           Chain   File

would bring you to record number 1. 

You can also use *START and *END to Setll to a file.

I'm reading last record and then i reading again, and it's end of 
file.Then 
The indicator is on.
But then i'm using READP for set the pointer back, but cannot proceed.
