If you are using RPG IV, it's better to use *START SETLL
to reset to the beginning of the file, and *END SETLL
(not SETGT) to position to end of file.

Reasons:
- *START and *LOVAL don't mean the same thing if you have
  null key fields.  Null keys go first, but won't be
  found with *LOVAL.
- *START is faster than *LOVAL (I just ran a test and it
  was 8 times faster)
- *START makes it clearer what is happening (at least to
  English speakers)
