Keith, QWCCVTDT is called using CALL, not CALLB. (You can call it from RPG III). It's not a statically bound procedure. For statically bound procedures, the compilers know where to find most of the system ones; sometimes you have to say what binding directory to search (using the BNDDIR parameter of CRTBNDxxx or CRTPGM).
