Hello,

if u were searching for all the numbers in say 708, u can read all the 
records in the file where in the number is greater than or equal to 708 000 
0001 and less than 709 000 0000.

if u r searching for all numbers in 708 and above u can read the records 
where the phone number is greater than 708 000 0000.


I suppose i had understood ur question. If not please let me know
