Several people have suggested placing the array TXT in the Data Structure,
using the OVERLAY keyword to obtain the desired results.  An elegant
solution.

An alternative you might consider is to define TXT as a Based variable,

D TXT             S             75A   DIM(15)
D                                     Based(TxTPtr)
D TxTPtr          S               *   Inz(%Addr(OTxt))

Not so neat and simple as OVERLAY, but it does allow you the flexibility to
base TXT on some variable, if you wish.  Just a thought.
