In the Client Access transfer program, go to File, Properties, Conversions. You will find a box 'Convert CCSID 65535'. Tick the box, and you won't have the problem. When i transferred to excel, the date is reading as "F1 F9 F9 F9...zone format. I need to sort this field for various reporting requests. How can i solve this problem either through the 400 query function or within excel.
