It would seem to me that since the functions are tightly interrelated there is
no point in doing anything but put them all in one source member.  If you do
that, then ProcA and ProcB do not need to be exported and there is therefore no
chance that a future programmer can screw up the binder source and let the
outside world loose on them.

Also there's no point in creating extra source members to manage for the sake of
it.
