conversion help

I am new to the rpg III and IV world ( hard to believe I know) but I have 
been working on a system 36 and programming in rpgII we have recently bid on 
a  as/400 model 170.  My question is how would I go about transfering all my 
rpg II programs to the 400 or rather what is the easiest way besides 
rewriting all the programs.  Is there a software package that can do this at 
a resonable price.
